Job duties:
- Effectively handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to ordering product
- Enter customer orders daily with attention to detail
- Assist walk-in contractors and customers
- Assist with day-to-day operations on the order desk in a team environment, promoting a high level of customer service
- Monitor emails for orders and inquiries
- Deliver reliable service to our customers with a sense of urgency and sound judgment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and department
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Marketing considered an asset
- Work experience with trades/contractors or the tile industry considered an asset
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and the ability to adapt/respond to a wide variety of constituents
- Deadline oriented, detailed, and organized
- High level of self-motivation with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
